Helmet City Return Policy:

Returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of original receipt.

Items that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged items will not be accepted for exchange or credit.

Customer is responsible for properly packaging all returned helmets:

Helmets must be returned in original, protective fleece bags.
Helmets must be double-boxed for shipping.

Helmets with box scratches cannot be returned to manufacturer and are therefore not eligible for credit.

Customer is responsible for paying for shipping on any return or exchange regardless of the reason for the return or exchange.

Customer is responsible for insuring returned items.

Helmet City will send all exchanges via ground shipping at no additional charge.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all return credits.

We will allow one return for sizing exchange with no restocking fee.

Shipping and handling will not be credited on returns.

No returns or exchanges on clearance items.

Refunds may take up to 15 days after receipt of returned product.
